Good location and good customer service specially Taiimin korean boy and Lee malasyan girl

Location

For six nights no one clean or change our bed sheets. If you disable cant climb the stair there is no lift. Luckily i Rang them from aussie before arrive in korea make sure our rooms in level 2 thank you for that.

Hotel is very near the subway station which is very good for...

Hotel is very near the subway station which is very good for us tourists. It is also just a very short walk to Myeong dong shopping area where there are lots of cosmetics and skincare shops, as well as restaurants. At night there is also a night market which is a should try.

The room is smaller than what it looks like in the photos. We knew at was small but not that small. No space to put your luggage but we had to manage. Also, the bathroom releases a bad odor at times which we think comes from the toilet. Even when we leave the exhaust open the smell is still there.

Always been the best!

Staying here for the 2nd time! The Staffs are really nice especially Lee. Beds are really comfortable. Place is near everything!! I will comeback to korea again and will stay in Vestin again for Sure!! Its like my home in korea. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thank you very much!

Good location which need a bit more cleaning

Quiet area super close to the busy myeongdong shopping district with cheap pricing.

The toilet is moldy and and dirty. If the door is left open, the drain smell lingers in the bedroom. Small towels were given and they were only changed once in 5 nights stay. Nearly fell down in the toilet due to slippery floor tiles. Had to use the vacuum found in common corridor to vacuum the floor myself.

very near to the subway exit 1 myeondong station... and also to exit 1 elevator... the staff are very good in english communication...

the spread for d tasty, ... they have to change the sofa in the common area...

Location was really good and close to subway station.

Location was really good and close to subway station. Breakfast was also provided which was convenient. Property manager was very helpful and understanding.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom and when we enquired, the staff informed that it’s an old property and then the cleaner sprayed fragrance which made it better but at once we were feeling suffocated with the foul smell. Also no lifts in the property and we had to carry our suitcases to fifth floor, highly inconvenient. If we knew before, we would’ve requested for a room at lower levels but since we checked in quite late at night, there was no one at the reception so we were stuck.

Location is highly recommended.

Location is highly recommended. No lift hence had to carry our luggages upto the 4th floor ,in the middle of the night due to late check in.The owner was very nice and helpful though when we met him the next morning. If you’re a light traveler and you want to have an easy access to all ,this is the best place for you.

Location is close to MyeongDong and subway

Location is very close to myeongdong and near the subway. Staff is friendly, she allowed me to keep the big luggage at the reception as the room is small and no elevator.

I can smell the smoking from outside, have to open fan in bathroom. As room is very close, i could hear voice from other room at night.

Worth the price

I like that it is very near Myeongdong Station. They allow me to check in early and the room was clean when I got there. They also cleaned my room even if I didn't request it. I love that you dont need to share the bathroom as you will have your own. Breakfast was good (bread,jam, coffee,tea) and you can have it as early as 8am. The staff are really helpful (borrowing umbrella, nail clippers etc). For the money that you will pay what more can you complain. I will recommend this to my friends as well.

Sometimes there are smell coming from the upper floor bathroom but bearable. You just have to open the exhaust fan.

Really close from subway station

Some of the staff are rude. No lift. Breakfast so standard. The bathroom is so close to bed. No dryer for clothes. Made me feel awful just being there
